Valenza Chocolatier: Grazie Open House
Last week, I had the privilege of attending an open house for our chocolate purveyor, Valenza, and it was divine! Valenza creates award winning gourmet bonbons, bars, and confections. Their creations are handmade from the finest local and imported Italian flavor ingredients, a paired with the purest single bean origin, fair trade chocolate. Curator AmyJo beautifully displayed her handmade Italian inspired chocolates, some new and some classic flavors. I have to say, I do like a good Cabernet, so the new Barolo Bonbons were an instant favorite. AmyJo is very personable, professional and gets to know you. I love that we do business with her! She aspires to create a brief escape from “life” with each savory taste of the true amore infused into her decadent creations.
The next time you're considering something sweet for your Nifty Gift, I have to recommend Valenza chocolate. It. Is. Delicious.
